Our reverse phone lookup app makes it easy to get more information about who is calling or texting you. With the CallerSmart app, you can quickly find out who is calling you on your iPhone, read feedback from other users, and see the phone number's location.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to look up phone numbers on your iPhone with CallerSmart!
Step 1: Open your Phone app. Tap on Recents or Voicemails to see calls from phone numbers that are not in your Contacts. Once you find a phone number you want more information on, tap the Info button to the right of it.
Step 2: From the Info screen of the phone number, tap and hold on the phone number you want to lookup. The option to copy the phone number will appear above it. Tap Copy.
Step 3: Close your Phone app and open the CallerSmart app. You will be asked to allow paste; select the Allow Paste option. CallerSmart will confirm the phone number; select Yes.
Step 4: You are now ready to learn more about the phone number you are looking up. Tap View All Listings to see all listings on the phone number. At the top of the screen below the search bar you can toggle between Details, Feedback, and Location.
Details will show you the name and address associated with the phone number and its Trust Factor. From the Details screen, you can add your own feedback on the phone number or update the phone book listing on the phone number. Doing this helps other CallerSmart users protect themselves from potential scams.
Feedback will show you feedback from other CallerSmart users. Helping you to identify possible scams.
Lastly, Location will show you the phone number's location on the map. This allows you to see whether or not a phone number is local.
Voilà! In four quick steps, you can find out more about a phone number that has been calling or texting you. To run more reverse phone lookups with the CallerSmart app, tap the search bar and enter a new phone number to search.
