Automated message about my eligibility to lower my credit card rates and offer expires today
This call started out as a recording offering activation of a line of credit. I ran reverse lookup and got the name shown. Called back and reached a human who asked if I wanted more credit. I said no, and they instantly disconnected. I called back using a different phone number and a recording said the number was, "disconnected, or assigned to a different area code." I was unable to inform parties that I don't want them calling.
