How do I unsubscribe from emails?
In every email we send to our users, there is a 1-click unsubscribe link in the footer.

How do I deactivate my CallerSmart account?
Go to the Edit Profile screen and clear all of the information you have entered except for your username and email address. Once emptied (except for your username and email address), log out and your account will be de-activated.

Is it possible to search for a name and get someone's phone number?
No. To protect the privacy of our users, you can only do reverse phone lookups i.e. you can only find the owner's name using a phone number you search, not vice versa. We do offer the option to run searches via a person's name or email via a trusted third-party partner. You can run a search for more information using a name or email by clicking either of the blue buttons to the right of the phone number search box.

What is Trust Factor?
Trust Factor is based on the collective user feedback about a phone number. Unwanted callers and scammers have the lowest score. Trusted callers have the highest.

Why do I receive an error that says the number I searched isn't a valid number?
Our database isn't recognizing the number you entered as a valid phone number for three potential reasons:
- The particular area code and exchange combination is not a part of the North American Numbering Plan.
- The particular area code and exchange combination does not exist.
- The particular area code and exchange combination was recently created and activated. Our database is updated routinely and this number should be added in the near future.

I'm unhappy with my purchase. How do I get a refund?
CallerSmart offers a 100% money-back guarantee. If you're unhappy with your recent purchase on our site for any reason, please get in touch with us. You can reach us by replying back to any email you have received from us or by using our Contact Us page. Requests for refunds must be received within 24 hours of purchase and be accompanied by a valid reason for the request. Once granted the full refund can be found on your statement in 5 to 10 business days.

How do I cancel my CallerSmart Premium Number Monitoring subscription?
To cancel your web subscription to CallerSmart Premium Number Monitoring please do the following:
- Log into your CallerSmart account via our website.
- Click on the avatar icon that appears in the top right hand corner of the site. Click on Monitoring Subscription from the drop down menu that appears, this will bring you to your Manage Subscription page.
- On the Manage Subscription page you will see your subscription renewal date. To prevent your CallerSmart Premium Number Monitoring subscription from being billed automatically you must turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- To turn off automatic renewal click the toggle button that appears on the Manage Subscription page from YES to NO.
If you have any issues with cancelling your subscription please get in touch with us by replying back to any email you have received from us or by using our Contact Us page.

A user's rank in our community phone book improves based on the contributions he or she makes which help other users. The lower the rank, the better.

How do I change my username?
Go into our app from your iPhone and then go to the Edit Profile screen. You can change it to whatever you'd like - so long as it doesn't contain spaces or other weird characters.

How do I get more Caller I.Q. points?
Simply add useful feedback about people or businesses that have called you.

What is Share With Friends?
Share With Friends allows you to share CallerSmart with your friends, boost your Caller I.Q. points, and get free credits. Every friend you refer who creates their CallerSmart account via your unique URL and fills out their profile will get a free credit. You'll also get a free credit for each successful referral. Credits can be used for either Premium Lookup Reports or Past Activity Reports in our app or on our website. Best of all, they never expire!

How do I delete my account?
In our app go to Settings on the main menu and click the "Manage Account" button. You'll be taken to a Delete Account screen which will walk you through the steps to delete your account.
Please be aware that once you delete your account you will no longer be able to log into it, your phone number will no longer be claimed, and any active CallerSmart subscriptions you have will need to be cancelled before you can delete your account.
