I would need to come in person to the Spokane County Sheriff's office and bring MoneyPak cards to use for my bond. They told me to put my total bond amount of $3000 onto the cards and then read the numbers on the back of the cards so they could verify the amounts on them before I arrived at the Sheriff's office. Took $1700 from me before I realized what was happening.

This is a front for portfolio recovery, they did a lot to look like a company you'd answer the phone from, but it's just your friends at portfolio, likely trying to get you to pay for an account that's past the age they can legally collect on.
